Delivery & returns

Free delivery, worldwide

Delivery is 100% free on every order, to every country we ship to. Orders leave our studio in India by DHL or FedEx express, packed in a custom crate or double-walled carton, fully insured and tracked door to door. They typically arrive 4–7 business days after dispatch.

Production takes 3–7 days; made-to-order pieces show their lead time on the product page. We email you with tracking the moment your piece is on its way.

No import duties or tariffs

There is nothing to pay on arrival. Every order is shipped with import duties, tariffs and taxes prepaid by us, so the price you see at checkout is the full and final price — no customs charges or courier handling fees at your door.

Return policy

Email us at Info.thebrassestate@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll send you return instructions and our return address.

Custom & personalized orders

Custom-made or personalized items are made specially for you, so they are not eligible for return or exchange.
